8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@neuronet.dev. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations within 30 days.
9.2 Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon mediation service in the United Kingdom.
9.3 Litigation
If mediation is unsuccessful or either party declines to participate in mediation, either party may pursue litigation in accordance with Section 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).
10. Additional Provisions
10.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuroNet.dev concerning your use of our services.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights. No third party shall have any rights to enforce any term of these Terms.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
10.7 Survival
Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
